2 OPTIONS TO FIT YOUR BUDGET | Maximize your Open House!

1. Sign Rental

Pick up the open house signs from our office at 8811 American Way, #155, Englewood, CO 80112 before the open house and return them within 72 hours. This is the perfect solution if we do not service your open house area, if you do not have any signs on hand or if you are simply looking to minimize the hassle of owning and storing them. Order this option online in your SignTraker portal.

2. Sign Rental + Delivery To Property

Let us handle the logistics! Our team will deliver the signs to the property before the open house starts and pick them up after it ends. During this time, you are welcome to place the signs around the neighborhood and bring them back to the property once the open house ends. Our team will then pick up the signs and return them to our warehouse.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SIGN PACKAGE?

A combination of A-frame and H-stake signs for a total of 12 directional signs along with 5 pennant flags and 3 time riders displaying the hours of the open house as well as a 10' Open House Feather Flag.

ARE THE SIGNS BRANDED?

We offer non-branded Open House Signs as well as brokerage branded signs for some of the brokerages we work with. Contact us to learn more about having your brokerage branded signs available.

WHAT'S YOUR SERVICE AREA?

The Sign Placement option is currently available in the Denver Metro and Castle Rock areas. Please refer to map for more details.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We have 2 different packages for this service. The Sign Rental Pick-Up starts at $90, the Sign Rental + Delivery is $130.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY?

The cutoff time is 4pm prior to the day of service. We have limited capacity of open houses per day and it is on first come, first served basis.

WHAT IS THE CURB SIGN?

The curb sign is a directional sign along with a time rider displaying the Open House hours and it is placed in the front yard along with the 10' feather flag.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THAT YOU OFFER?

We have 2 options to choose from: Sign Rental Pick-Up from our office; Sign Rental + Delivery to the property.

SIGN RENTAL PICK-UP

Pick up the signs from our office at 8811 American Way, #155, Engelwood, CO 80112 and return them to us within 72 hours. We are here Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 8am-12pm. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. This order needs to be received by 4pm the day prior to picking up the signs from us.

SIGN RENTAL + DELIVERY TO PROPERTY

We will deliver the signs to your property and pick them up after the open house is over. Please note, with this option you are responsible for placing the signs around the neighborhood and bringing them back to the property once the open house is over.
