Pick up the open house signs from our facility at 8811 American Way, #155, Englewood, CO 80112 before the open house and return them within 72 hours. This is the perfect solution if we do not service your open house area, if you do not have any signs on hand or if you are simply looking to minimize the hassle of storing them at your place. Order this option online in your SignTraker portal.
Sign Drop Off
Have our team deliver the signs to the property before the open house starts and pick them up after it ends. During that time, you are welcome to place the signs around the neighborhood and bring them back to the property once the open house ends. Our team will then pick up the signs and return them to our warehouse.
Have our team place the signs around the neighbourhood before the open house starts and collect them after the open house ends. When placing your order, you are welcome to select the locations of where each sign needs to be dropped off or provide us with a Lead-In intersection and our team will do the rest.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SIGN PACKAGE?
A combination of A-frame and H-stake Directional Signs for a total of 8 directional signs. Also, included is a Curb Sign displaying the hours of the open house as well as a 10' Open House Feather Flag.
WHAT TYPE OF SIGNS ARE THEY?
We offer generic Open House Signs as well as brokerage branded signs for some of the brokerages we work with. The available options will be listed in your SignTraker account when placing the order.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THAT YOU OFFER?
We have 3 options to choose from: Sign Rental, Sign Drop Off and Sign Placement.
Pick up the signs from our facility at 8811 American Way, #155, Engelwood, CO 80112 and return them to us within 72 hours. We are here Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and 8am-12:00pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Please order this package by 4pm the day prior to picking up the signs from us.
SIGN DROP OFF
Are you looking to have the open house signs delivered to your Open House? Select the Sign Drop Off option when placing your order. We will deliver the signs to your property and pick them up after the open house is over. Please note, with this option you are responsible for placing the signs around the neighborhood and bringing them back to the property once the open house is over.
Our experienced team can not only deliver the open house signs to your property, but also place them around the neighborhood at least one hour before the Open House starts and retrieve them within 3 hours after the Open House ends. When placing your order, you are able to pinpoint where you would like the signs to be placed or provide us with a Lead-In intersection and our team will handle the rest.
WHAT'S YOUR SERVICE AREA?
The Sign Placement option is currently available in the Denver Metro and Castle Rock areas.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We have 3 different packages for this service. The Sign Rental starts at $70, the Sign Drop Off is $110 and the Sign Placement is $150. With each package, you will receive 8 Directional Signs, 1 Open House Curb Sign and a 10' Open House Feather Flag.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY?
The cutoff time is 4pm prior to the day of service. We have limited capacity of 15 open houses per day and it is on first come, first served basis.
WHAT IS YOUR AVAIALBILITY?
iOpenHouse service is available Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

WHAT IS THE CURB SIGN?
The curb sign is a Welcome Sign placed in the front yard of the Open House. It also displays the open house hours.
