How To Reschedule or Cancel an Order

 Go to axium.signtraker.com and log in 

  • Once you are signed in, you will automatically be on the homepage.
  • Please refer to the tabs on the left-hand side and click on “Current Installs   
 
  • All current orders will show here. Please click on the property address that is either pending removal or pending installation. 

  • After you’ve clicked the property address, the work order will open. In the top right-hand corner, you will click on the drop down with three small tabs.

  • You will see the reschedule or cancellation options in the drop down menu 

 

*Please Note - If the order has already been scheduleon our routes on the service day, you will not be able to reschedule through your account and you must reach out to ListingPro Admin as soon as possible to get it removed from our routesSame Day cancellation fees may apply if truck is already routed there.
