How To Place Sign Install Order

Go to axium.signtraker.com and log in

  • Once you are signed in, you will automatically be on the homepage.  
  • Under “For Sale Signs” click on “Order New Sign Install”  

   

  • On the ordering page you will need to fill out all fields with an asterisk (*) – Those are the ONLY required fields.
  • Fill out the address box - a drop down will appear, please select the correct address.

 

*Please note - Selecting the drop down will not fill in the Unit/Apt. number field. This needs to be filled out separately, if applicable.

  • Listing ID and Occupant fields are not required, but can be filled in. These are used if we need an address verification or if we are making contact with the homeowner on site. 
  • Due Date - This automatically defaults to the first available date. If dates are “greyed out” we do not service that area on that specific day 

*Please Note - Order cut off is at 4pm the day before the date of service.
 
  • Post Type - White Posts or metal H-frames are included free of charge with your install price. We also offer black or navy blue posts for $5.00 extra. 
*Please Note The rental equipment is included for 140 days. After 140 days a rebill fee of $20 will apply and cover the following 140 days.  

  • Single or Dual Install- Choose DUAL if you need two panels/posts installed at once!

  • Lock Box (If applicable) If you have lockboxes stored with us, you can select the lockbox from the dropdown menu. For electronic, you will see the serial number here for setting a shackle release or day code.

    

  • Notes – Please enter any special order notes here. (ex: house is hard to find, refer to picture attached)   

  • Property Type – please select the best choice so we know what we are looking for (ex: vacant land  or mobile home etc.)  

  • Where should the sign be placed? – tell us your placement choice here  

  • Please fill out, only if necessary for the property. Gate code access, or upload a picture of where you want the sign specifically placed etc.

  • Please confirm address -This is a required question to confirm the accuracy. If a wrong address is entered, there is a fee for new address & reroute of our technician and truck.  

  • Site Warnings- Please mark any valid site warnings for the property. 

*Please note, If a sprinkler line is hit, ListingPro will only fix it free of charge if you contact ListingPro directly for repair, and if the site warning was checked on the original order. ListingPro will not reimburse 3rd parties for fixing sprinkler lines.  
 
  • Standard Services-These are optional additional services that we offer

  • Picking your Sign Set Up from your inventory 
  • Click on Top Rider to choose a rider from your inventory or from our rental stock (not required) 

  • Click Add Main Panel to choose which panel you want for this specific property (required) 

  • Add a bottom rider if you would like (not required) 

  • Bottom of Page and Cost- The cost breakdown can be viewed by clicking on the “i” information button next to “Price”. 
*Please note payment includes install & removal, plus the first 140 days of the rented equipment.

After you hit “Continue to Pay” You will be brought to the payment page. Please ensure to hit “complete order” or you order will stay in unpaid/pending orders and ListingPro will not receive it.
