How To Impersonate An Agent On Your Team

Sign in to your ListingPro By Axium SignTraker account

  • Once you are signed in, you will automatically be on the homepage
  • In the top right-hand corner, click on your account name and select “Impersonate”

  • Type the name of the person you are trying to impersonate and then click their name from the drop down
 
*Please note: If you do not see the specific name you are looking for, you will have to contact us to set you up as a delegate on their account.
  • After you have selected their name and the blue “impersonate” button, you will be on the homepage for their account. (Please check that you see their name in the top right-hand corner)
