Terms of Service

Residential Cleaning TERMS OF SERVICE 

 

Payment - Full payment is due at the time of your booking online via credit card. If plans change and you no longer need our service a full refund will be issued immediately; unless cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service, then a standard cancellation fee will be applied. 

Booking - Booking a service online doesn’t guarantee a scheduled service for that date/time. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation phone call or email. 

Access / Lockout - If no lockbox is provided and nobody is available to let us in at the scheduled time of service a lockout fee of up to 50% of the service price will be applied. If someone is in person to let us in, please be sure they are there at the scheduled time of cleaning. ListingPro will not place, remove, hide or handle keys in any matter (outside of a lockbox). The most convenient way to provide us access is via lockbox, please leave key in lockbox and provide the access code.  If we arrive and cannot access to enter a standard lockout fee will be applied. 

Special service requests -When you book with us, you will receive a list of cleaning specifications that will be performed.  If you need additional special services i.e., carpet cleaning, window washing, or oven degreasing; the arrangements for the additional service must be added 48 hours before scheduled cleaning.  

Service Limitations All cleanings performed will be contingent on the type of cleaning selected.  I.E., scheduled a Pre-Listing cleaning, all work performed will be within the scope of what a Pre-Listing cleaning entails. If additional cleaning is needed after the initial visit, a second type of service may then be scheduled.  

For the safety of our staff, and for liability reasons, the following restrictions apply:  

We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. 

We do not lift or move any heavy items or furniture. Anything weighing more than 25 pounds cannot be lifted or moved. 

We do not clean any animal or human waste including but not limited to: urine, feces, and blood. 

We do not pick up or move any personal belongings or items of value. We will not be responsible for any pictures or frames not properly secured to the wall. 

We do not haul away any trash or debris. This includes our post construction cleaning service. 

We do not use bleach in any of our cleanings performed under any circumstance. 

Employee Safety and Refusal of Service - ListingPro reserves the right to remove its technicians from any residence deemed unsafe. This could include but not limited to: infestation, mold, hoarding, etc. All homes must have functioning air conditioning and heating systems. Homes must be kept between 60 and 76 degrees at the time of cleaning. Our technicians have the right to refuse service upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or for any reason deemed unsafe. If our technicians feel uncomfortable, they may refuse service on site with a manager's approval. Standard cancellation fee will apply. 

Supplies - At ListingPro we pride ourselves in using the highest quality professional eco-friendly products available to clean your homes. If you have a request for products to use on certain surfaces, please let us know prior to cleaning and accommodation can be arranged. We do not use bleach in any of our cleanings performed under any circumstance. 

Damage/Loss - Our employees take the utmost care in cleaning, however, if one of our employees accidentally breaks an item a note will be left, and our office manager will call you to find out the value of the item and you will be compensated. Any damage to personal property must be documented and sent to us within 24 hours of cleaning. All noticeable existing damage will be photographed and placed on file before our technicians start their service.  

Cancellation Cancellation or rescheduling will be honored if requested 24-hours before scheduled service. If cancelled less than 24-hours before scheduled service, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied. 

Guarantee - Because mistakes can be made, we understand that our cleaning may not be perfect every time. Our 24-hour guarantee states we will come back and clean anything we may have missed the first time that isn't up to your standards. Please inform our office within 24 hours to have us come back out as soon as our schedule allows. No refunds with be issued. 

Pet policy - For the safety of your pets and our technicians, we ask that all pets either be safely secured or leave the residence during the time of cleaning. Please note: homes with pets will require more cleaning time in order to thoroughly clean any hair left by pets. 

Occupied Home Policy - We request that at the time of your cleaning, the residence be vacated for the duration of the cleaning. This allows our cleaning technicians to do a thorough job without distraction or getting in your way. We understand not everyone may be able to leave. If someone cannot leave the residence at the time of cleaning, please let us know ahead of time so accommodations can be made. If accommodations are not communicated with ahead of time for the property being occupied, when we arrive at the property a cancellation fee will apply for 50% of the service, and for the technicians safety they will not perform the selected service.

Details of service completed - We will leave a finalized sheet containing the cleaning services provided that day, if our technicians encountered any problems while cleaning the home and any necessary notes.  If you have any questions, please phone our office or email clean@axiumlistingpro.com immediately so we can address your concerns.
